Liability Waiver for Temporary Holding of Bitcoin Lightning Funds in Sovereign Craft
By accepting and using the service of temporarily holding Bitcoin lightning funds for the purpose of playing the Sovereign Craft add-on to Minecraft (the "Service"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Purpose of the Service: The Service is provided for the sole purpose of facilitating the use of Bitcoin lightning funds in the Sovereign Craft add-on to Minecraft. The Service is not intended to be a custodial service and does not provide any insurance for lost funds.
- Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The Service shall not be liable for any violations of local laws or regulations by you.
- Risks Associated with the Service: You acknowledge and understand that the use of Bitcoin lightning funds carries inherent risks, including but not limited to the loss of funds due to technical malfunctions, unauthorized access, or other unforeseen circumstances. You assume full responsibility for any losses that may occur while using the Service.
- Release of Liability: You hereby release the Service and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all liability arising from your use of the Service. You waive any and all claims that you may have against the Service or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors, whether known or unknown, arising from or in connection with your use of the Service.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold the Service and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and costs (including but not limited to lawyers� fees) arising from or in connection with your use of the Service.
- Governing Law: This liability waiver and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
- Severability: If any provision of this liability waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
